Terms of purchase for Maskinfabriken G-C Aktiebolag

1. General

These terms and conditions apply when you as a customer (“you”) place an order via our webshop at tyresovaggan.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Order

  • 2. 1. Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
  • 2. 2. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we suspect fraud or inaccuracies in the order.

3. Prices and Payment

  • 3. 1. All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT.
  • 3. 2. Payment can be made using the payment methods indicated at the checkout.
  • 3. 3. In the event of late payment, we are entitled to charge a reminder fee and interest on arrears in accordance with the law.

4. Delivery

  • 4. 1. The delivery time is 2 – 5 working days depending on the product, some products have a longer delivery time, this is shown in the text on the product.
  • 4. 2. In case of any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.

5 Right of withdrawal and returns

  • 5. 1. As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • 5. 2. The right of withdrawal only applies if the goods are unused and in their original packaging.
  • 5. 3. In case of return, you are responsible for the return shipping, the package must be sent as a traceable shipment. Refunds will be made within 14 days after we have received and approved your return.

6. Complaints

  • 6. 1. If a product is faulty or defective on delivery, you have the right to complain within a reasonable time.
  • 6. 2. If the complaint is accepted, we offer repair, replacement or refund.

7. Personal data

  • 7. 1. We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Disputes

  • 8. 1. In the event of a dispute, we will try to reach an agreement in the first instance. If this is not possible, the dispute can be reviewed by the General Complaints Board (ARN) or another competent court.
